Just delicious. We stayed at the Even Hotel and this place was super close (within walking distance). Got a dozen bagels and two more with cream cheese lox and dill. Can't beat a NY bagel, nice and chewy with each thick fluffy bite. Guys at the door were super friendly in keeping the crowds moving and in line. Appreciate that because it prevents anyone from cutting in front. Inside is tight so you have one line to the register and everyone waiting on the right wall with the stools. You can also enjoy your bagel there if an empty stool is available or outside at the tables. Gastro Maestro Approved!!!!

I wanted to check off another bagel spot in NYC and Liberty Bagels is known for the rainbow bagel. When I arrived, it wasn't too busy so I was able to order and get my bagel within 5 minutes. I got the Rainbow Bagel ($3.50) with Lox Scallion Cream Cheese ($7), which totaled this bagel to $9.50. The rainbow is really all for pictures, as it doesn't give much flavor nor texture. They do stuff an inch thick of cream cheese inbetween the bagels and it's a solid bagel though. I'd probably stick to the non-rainbow bagel as this is all for show. It's definitely pretty and you know a lot more work goes into creating this, but I'd stick to the other flavors. Good, solid bagel though.

We were introduced to this bagel shop by our relative who lives in NY. She said we couldn't leave NY without having a proper NY bagel, this place was legit! They have a vast variety of options even for those not seeking the bagel experience. All their ingredients were fresh and the service was quick. I would recommend this as a fast breakfast or lunch option. I saved half of my sandwich and munched on it later, it was still fresh and tasty.

Got a pumpernickel bagel with blueberry tofu cream cheese. The bagel itself was chewy with a nice crunch on the outside. The blueberry tofu cream cheese was delicious with a nice blueberry flavor. The bagel was big and stuffed with a generous amount of cream cheese. I wasn't able to finish the entire bagel myself because it was a lot. The line to order moves pretty quick. But then you have to wait for them to finish preparing your order and that takes a while. The inside of the store was small, so it definitely got tight while waiting for them to finish preparing my order. There's limited seating inside, so would recommend just taking your order to go. Overall, solid bagel spot!! Would def recommend to others.

There's a lot of customers and the line can be long but dammit, these workers move fast. Almost too fast. You better know what you want to get by the time you reach the cashier, unless you want to slow the flow of traffic and make everyone hate you. These bagels are what I expect (which is really good, especially toasted) but what really got me was the variety of cream cheese choices. It's almost overwhelming. I ended up getting the maple bacon cream cheese on a rainbow bagel. Price was incredibly reasonable too. Getting a bagel with a ton of specialty cream cheese here is cheaper than getting the crappiest bagel with minimal plain cream cheese in California. That's both high praise of this shop and an indictment on every bagel shop where I live.

Your trip to NYC is not complete if you don't drown yourself in bagels! Lol This is one the most famous bagel places in NYC and even though we came here on a Saturday, first thing in the morning, we had to wait in the lineup outside the shop, but it was definitely worth the wait! They have so many variety of bagels, rainbow bagels, extensive flavors of cream cheese, many options for protein and veggies. It took us a while to decide what to order, but we were lucky to have so much time in the lineup! Lol

Since we were only in NYC for a quick weekend, we decided to grab some bagels. While looking for bagels around the area, this gem popped out and since it was just a 5 minute walk to where we're were staying, we decided to give it a try. The line was long, but seemed to move pretty quickly. When we saw the line, we checked if we can order pickup on their website. Honestly, If you ever plan to go here, just order online. It was ready in less than 20minutes, and even if we ordered it for pickup, the gentleman allowed us to eat inside. We decided to split a rainbow bagel with lox spread. I was already so full even though I ate half since it was so filling. I am not a bagel connoisseur by any chance so I'm only speaking from my experience, but the rainbow bagel didn't taste anything special tbh. For a bagel, yes it was good. For a rainbow bagel? I don't even know how it is supposed to taste like lol nevertheless I'd still go back to this place once I'm in the area.

Oh man this place is popular! When we turned the corner i saw a line coming out of the location and stretching about 75 ft out in the sidewalk. It was at the moment i knew we made the right choice!! Great thing is they have a pretty effective system so it moved rather quickly all together we were inline and out i. About 25 min. I ordered the Garlic Bagel with bacon, eggs and cheese it was delicious and exactly what i wanted that morning. Bagel was soft and full of flavor. Location is small if it's busy you aren't eating inside and they have just a few tables outside. Consider this more of a grab and go type of place.

I had the works and it was delicious. The bagel was crunchy outside and chewy inside. Giving 4 stars as my hash brown was not crispy and I believe the picture shows 2 hash brown instead of only one in my bagel.

I've been wanting to try this bagel shop because I've heard it's one of the best. I went around 12:30 PM and it was still super packed. It's very busy but they navigate the crowd very well. The ambiance is very cozy but also get in and get out! I ordered the Lox bagel on an egg everything bagel! Unfortunately, it wasn't the best I've had, mostly because of the salmon. The salmon was a little too fishy and I wish they put a little bit more cream cheese because I LOVE cream cheese. However, the actual bagel was great. I made the mistake of not eating it right away because it came out warm! It was still amazing though 7.5/10. I don't know if I would go here again, simply because there are so many bagel shops in New York and I want to explore more.
